What Is A Peace Lily Plant?

Peace lily belongs to the Araceae family, which also includes caladium, elephant ear, anthurium, and calla. These are not true lilies and are called spade lilies or peace lilies.  Peace lilies have glossy dark green leaves that are 4 to 25 inches long and 1 to 10 inches wide.

1. Location:-

Peace lilies prefer bright indirect light.  

2.Sunlight:-

Blooms with just 2 to 4 hours of sunlight per day.

Keep your peace lily hydrated by watering it about once a week and misting the leaves during the summer.

Water weekly, but only once every two weeks during the winter.

Repot your peace lily in the spring when roots begin to grow through the holes in the bottom of the plastic nursery pot. Choose a separate plastic pot that is 1-2 sizes larger (about 2-5 cm) to give it more room to grow.
